Koonenberry Gold Promising New Prospects

New target Vegas with a consistent, high priority soil anomaly over at least 1.8km strike length.
Four Queens infill on 4km gold anomaly.
Regional soil traverses have highlighted several previously unexplored areas.

Koonenberry Gold Ltd (ASX:KNB) is pleased to announce promising assay results from new prospects as part of the Company’s latest soil sample programme.

222 assay results received so far from a 441 soil sample programme undertaken earlier in the year.

The purpose of this round of sampling was to infill regional anomalies, including the Vegas and Four Queens targets, as well as to extend the regional soils programme into previously untested areas. In both cases to date, the Company is pleased to report that excellent results have been obtained, further adding to the inventory of high priority areas being delineated for drilling.

“The portfolio of geochemical targets is expanding and we continue to delineate multiple targets for further work and build more information to feed into the geological model to help us design the drill programme due to start in the next quarter,” said Koonenberry Gold CEO Karen O’Neill.
